It was interesting to see the results because the present national focus is on moderate or energetic activity. To see that slight activity had a connection with lesser mortality is fascinating, Professor Srinivasan Beddhu said.
Exercise is good activity, but actually practical amount of energetic exercise that can be completed is inadequate. Our study suggests that even little changes can have a big bang, Dr. Tom Green added.
