After installing this Chrome extension, it’ll ask you to set the level that prompts a hit. Maybe I’m just a glum fellow, but my biggest, most fake of smiles only scores six on the happy scale… so I set it at four. You don’t catch a warning when a page makes you glad and happy, so I had to flip back and forth between my browsing and the extension page to observe if anything was elevating my spirits.
